Drive through got home the baked potato was burned brown all the way through.
These 5 stars are for Pam! She is by far an amazing person. She made our stop so great. Everything fresh and she even came to check on us!!! Are you kidding me?!? I have had the best service of my life at a Wendy's?? Yup. Stop here and meet Pam you can't leave unhappy, it's impossible. God bless you Pam.
Where's the quality? Who checks the out going food .
Don't remember ever having anything but great service in the drive thru, however on a recent trip we dined in and waited at least 30 minutes in line before being able to place our order. After that, another 10+ minute wait.
The Windows fogged out, a little weird. Food wasn't the best Wendy's I've had. Daisy was the only ray of sunshine otherwise this would have been a two.
The new manager was one of the most helpful people I've encountered at a fast food restaurant. Better food and service than most Wendys.
