Great food, had only one bad experience going there, they was out of alot of food, but never had that problem again, and fair on their pricing, i guess
I usually get great service from Middleburg KFC today I was in Macclenny KFC they didn't have chicken and didn't have ice and the biscuits were so hard I couldn't eat it.
Staff is very friendly food is fresh sometimes you have to wait but I would rather wait for good fresh quality food
Outstanding service management help me with my special request with no issues chicken was fresh made my clients very happy to have this meal
I have always been a customer at KFC in Macclenny. But last week I received the worst customer service that could possibly be rendered. One of the managers insulted me more than once including telling me that I was funny. I asked her what was her name she pointed at her name tag and said Jamie make sure that when you report me that you spell it right. She was so rude until another person in management by the name of Linda had to take over the conversation and redirect the MANAGER into the office to defuse the situation and stop hed from insulting me in front of customers and her staff. When I asked for the number to corporate she refused to give it to me. She said that the DM was in the hospital. I was informed by another customer to call Yulee and they were more than helpful and apologized for the service I received. This store might have came up in numbers and revenue but the customer service is horrible. The management stinks. The GM Tyler is friends with his staff so customer service is second. I was and very disappointed even though the DM did correct the situation, it's leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering how much money I spend at this establishment.
