While I like that there was no wait..... I brought in MORE than the documentation listed online that is required to get a Florida driver's license. Get there and they want my marriage certificate to prove I am who I am...... IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT NEEDING THIS ON THE WEBSITE!!! They were polite about it so I can't complain about the DMV location itself, it's more a complaint that the DMV doesn't have accurate information listed on their website. Drove over an hour there... to turn around and have to do it again tomorrow. Ugh....
Answer the god damn phone
Each time I've been there it's been a far greater experience than anywhere else I've gone. Only wish they'd accept debit/credit cards.
They don't know how to pick up a phone when you need to talk to them
this DMV is wonderful... I love going there bc they are kind, gracious and above all Awesome... Thank you so much for being amazing at customer service... it means alot
