The staff is helpful , they are always friendly and very easygoing. If I have a problem, the clerk is always very pertinent and happy to assist in any way that she can. Great to have people who love their jobs working with the Public. A+ For Helpfulness and Treating Everyone as Equals.
I was hung up on not once, but twice because my phone was fuzzy. They could hear me but there was static and I was in the middle of asking them a question and they hung up on me twice. That is rude and very unprofessional. At least offer the courtesy to call back if you're having trouble with your phone. Learn proper phone and customer service etiquette before you take a job that requires you to talk to people for a living.

First time going to this court house for child support court and I was told by this old bald head officer my son wasn't allowed in the court room unless the judge approves it and that no minors under the age of 18 are allowed unless the judge approves it lol I've never heard that before jacksonville Florida doesn't do that nor does Gainesville Florida or starke Florida. I think that was something he made up my son not allowed but Mr.Bald head was on his cell phone during court? Not sure who to talk to about this matter but I highly recommend they get another officer that actually wants to be at work instead of dictating me about my 1 year old son and the funny part about it is he checked us in at the door told us to go to room 2 and after 1hr of waiting he pulls me to the side to tell me some bs get it together macclenny
