I have shown up several times to make Payments, no one is here! I called this morning after receiving an email, was told they open at 8am! I drove an hour to get here at 8am, no one was here, called at 830, was told she would be here shortly! At 9 am (currently) still no one here, no one answering eve though it gets diverted to the cell phone of the lady. The sign on the door states hours are 8am-6pm online states the same thing!
Moved stuff into storage in February, my stuff was safe and secure, behind a locked gate. Was able to move stuff at my leisure without without hassle and Crystal was always very helpful and very sweet!
The staff is polite, kind, friendly, helpful and getting me the right size storage unit that I needed and accommodated all my needs couldn't ask for a better storage facility with Crystal running it thank you Gary lilly
you know sometimes you wonder if people forget that sometimes people can need a little help, that maybe, we are just numbers to them. But that is NOT the case with my experience with this company. That were very helpful and understanding with me, to help me get the account in good standing with them. I would highly reccomend them. :)
