I am a commercial driver from Canada. Had to call 911 due to a kidney stone attack. After hospital treatment, Baker county Deputy Sheriff Chad Montean. Looked after me and drop me off to my parked semi. I just wanted to say a Huge Thank you for Him and his team!!!!
Officer N. Burke helped us when our car broke down on the side of Interstate 10. He was very helpful and stayed with us until a tow truck arrived. He even let the kids get a picture in the police car.
Its so good to have caring people at the Police Force!
Guess Kenneth Gunter has our sheriff Scotty in his pocket Kenneth Gunter held a gun to my head an beat me an I was just told by the macclenny states attorney office that the Sherrod said there was insufficient evidence to put him in jail But I gave them recording and pictures but that is not good enough guess I'm going to find someone outside of Baker may be they can do something about this an Baker County taking pay offs I was told it was a 3rd degree felony so why is he not in jail 6 months later
I was 15, I was stopped by an off duty police officer and he worked there.. he took down my information but told me the reason he stopped me was because my hair was in my face and that was suspicious. He didn't tell me his name or anything so when I got home I told my dad about, he called the police department and we filed a complaint. My mother got a call from a worker there saying I was lying and the police officer stopped me because I looked like I needed help..I was stopped wrongfully. I was wearing bright shorts and a bright colored shirt. I was walking home from my work out. I wish I stood up for my rights. I guess you could say I have a more darker complexion than people who live in my neighborhood. I hate to think of it but.. was I stopped because of my..skin color? Wish I knew my rights back then. That was 1 year ago.
