For the person that left the review stating that the people at Bennetts are rude...you get what you give. I've been trading with them for decades and I have Never found any of their staff to be rude, nor have I ever witnessed any rudeness to their customers even when the customer was rude to them.
Disappointed on how they handled a situation today, I recently bought a bunny from them not even a week ago noticed the bunny was not feeling good so I waited to see what would happen and today she had died. so upset as I was I decided to call bennetts to see what they could do about this problem either reimburse me my money or give me another bunny and the younge girl on the phone wasn't sure if they had a policy on that so she put the phone down to ask her boss as I heard her ask her boss what should I do I have a lady on the phone about a bunny she got here it had died and then I heard the phone hang up I was very angry with how they handled this situation I will not buy another animal from bennetts I will take my business els where.
The people are friendly and helpful to such an extent that we drive in from Jacksonville to buy all of our pet supplies. There are many stores in Jacksonville that sell similar products and are much closer to our home but the staff usually have no more knowledge about animal care than the girl at the drive-through window at the local coffee shop.
