The hospital will get those reviews removed just like they got my first reiew removed.
Support staff departments, non direct care roles, have employees who worked in the living areas (wards).
My Tourette's flared up today and I really enjoyed it.
So I 100% believe the reviews here on google from patients about their experiences after my five years working there. I also believe that the hospital will go through the procedures necessary to remove those reviews because that is what they do.
The administration has very little concern for the staff and less for the patients. It is a corrupt institution in a corrupt town. They should privatize.

Mary Brooke and Taurug Baca left unfavorable reviews from the perspective of a patient and a family member of a patient, both mentioning violence.

Those liars will document anything because it is such a common practice in patient care and they come to the non support staff role with a disregard for truth and paperwork.
Heaven forbid your family member need medical treatment for a staff-induced acute head injury (yes, this happened very recently). Not only will they ignore the fact that the injury occurred, but they will evade any inquiry from multiple family members (one of whom is a practicing physician simply trying to speak to the resident's physician) regarding it, then completely deny it, with no supporting explanation or even discussion. This is negligent, disgusting and unacceptable behavior for an organization charged with people under its care. The "Governor Sterling Award" so proudly touted on their phone system has even less meaning to me now than when I first heard it. As in none.
Anyone that rates this under one star is nut- cakes. I saw more violence there none like I've ever seen in my life and I mean by employees and inmates. Hell yeah we were inmates. It's a prison. You kind people that work there I don't mean this toward you. There were a few of you. You know what happens there I wasn't allowed a pen and a pencil. seems like a basic human right to me... oh, and complain? There's no actually no way to do it. They stop you from going up the hierarchy. They stop you right at the lowest. I had my diary stolen from meI (snuck pens and pencils in ). Read the article is the Baker act being overused in the Gainesville Sun. Obviously you can get it online. See how much training they get and what they do to hurt people that are already are hurting. The article doesn't mention that they take their SSI away. These people have nothing, luckily I have a family. Why should they pay for being locked up makes me so sick. This is a really messed up system and you need to do something about it. I put my shameful passed in the newspaper. I did my job.
