Unprofessional and rude people. First they didn't have my first 2 selections of arrangements they offer on their website, then they delivered to the wrong address. That would have actually been acceptable but the woman proceeded to try and put the blame on me and wouldn't let me give customer feedback. No apology or refund of any kind offered.
